Ground Storage Tank Cleaning
Our Program consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and expertise necessary for the cleaning of tanks. Our specified services also include a mold and mildew inhibitor included in the price.
Scope of work
The work included in the ground storage tank program shall be complete powerwashing which consists of a low pressure pre-wash application of the cleaning agent know as Challenger, followed up with a high pressure water rinse. GIANT will provide reasonable protection, as seen needed, to any sidewalk, driveway, paved area, turf and/or landscaping so spray material does not harm previously mentioned areas. GIANT is proud to use the latest in environmentally safe cleaning products.
Cleaning Agent & Inhibitor
The cleaning agent Challenger that GIANT uses is a water based "catalytic" cleaner which continues to work as long as the surface is wet, yet is more effective than many hazardous solvent based cleaners. This product will not harm plants or foliage. It is also USDA approved not to mention biodegradable. Unlike our competitors GIANT always includes in our final rinse a mold and mildew bio-wash inhibitor at no extra charge.
