Giant Maintenance & Restoration is pleased to announce that we are proud distributors of Motsenbockers environmentally friendly product line. We now distribute the product through our existing customer base. The interior graffiti removal products for lockers, bathroom stalls, benches, etc., will be a great complement to all our clients including Schools, Park Departments, and Municipalities.

Hydrant Painting

The work included in the basic program shall be for fire hydrant maintenance sandblasting, priming, and painting. All work conforms to the accepted practices for sandblasting and painting hydrants.

Tower Cleaning

The work included in the water tower program shall be complete powerwashing which consists of a low pressure pre-wash application of  the cleaning agent know as Challenger, followed up with a high pressure water rinse. Unlike our competitors GIANT always includes in our final rinse a mold and mildew bio-wash inhibitor at no extra charge.

24 Hour Graffiti Removal

GIANT offers 24 hour graffiti removal and abatement service seven days a week, when weather permits. The graffiti removal products that GIANT uses remove graffiti and foreign stains without damaging surfaces. In addition to graffiti removal services GIANT offers a full line of graffiti shields.
