12/15/2011 - Makeover Coming For All BG Fire Hydrants
THE TEAM
Being the primary owner not only does Beverly stay involved in all of the daily office management duties she is also instrumental in marketing, scheduling and billing for GIANT'S projects. Beverly Giarrante is a key to our continued growth and success.
Mark founded the company in 1989 with his brother and since then has worked to expand the company from exclusively power washing to what it is today. Currently Mark handles customer relations on a daily basis and at trade shows and also is in charge of our sales department. Mark is a vital part of the day to day and long term plans for the company.
Alex is our project manager. He manages all employees in the field. He hires, trains and terminates all non-management personnel. Alex also manages, maintains and orders supplies and equipment.
Randall is our Assistant Project Manager of our Power Washing projects. Randall has proven to be a valuable asset to Giant. In addition to being the assistant project manager, overseeing all power washing jobs, he is a hands on manager. With extensive knowledge on our equipment and trucks, handling of Giants repairs and maintenance service on vehicles & equipment.
Randall coordinates with Alex & Justin to set schedules & crews needed for power washing projects, it's just another one of the many duties & responsibilities Randall handles daily. Randall also assist with the interviewing process of new hires.
Justin is our Assisant Project Manager of our Hydrant Painting projects. Justin is an essential component in our daily operations of our municipal service projects. Assisting our Project Manager with the execution of and follow up to our fire hydrant maintenance painting service. Justin's duties also include new hire interviewing and in field training process of all newly hired employees, plus conducting regular safety overviews and review with our infield technicians.
Justin coordinates with Alex and Randall to set schedules and the crew needed for hydrant painting projects.
